Pork with Salted Fish(Papa's Recipe)

Ham Yee Fa Lum Po ( Pork with salted fish)




Ingredients

300 gm of belly pork

50 gm of salted fish ( cut into slices)

4 dried chillies

1 small onion ( cut into 4 )

3 cloves of garlic ( sliced)


Method:
1 Cut pork into thin slices ( 1 to 1.5 inch)

2 Marinade pork with 1 TBS soy sauce, pinch of pepper and 1 TBS oyster sauce

3 In hot oil, fry garlic with salted fish until fragrant. Then add in pork and a bit of water and continue cooking in big fire.

4 Then add in dried chillies. When about done, add in onion.
