Thick Sauce Spaghetti Bolognese






Ingredients

200 g minced beef (marinade with soy sauce & pepper)

1 small onion/6 cloves garlic/ pepper

1 large tomato

200 g tomato paste


Method:

1.Blend onion, garlic, tomato/tomato paste/pepper & some salt together

2.With 2 table spoon of oil, when hot, fry minced meat till fragrant ( put aside)

3.Then fry blended paste in oil and add in meat. Add a bit of water if sauce too thick. Add salt, pepper or sugar to taste.

4.When cooked, add some Parmesan cheese on top and left to melt.
